Youandewan has manoeuvred himself into an enviable underground position in the last few years. After initial success on labels like Hypercolour and with remixes of Gerry Read and Midland, he has moved on to become a firm part of the family at both Secretsundaze and Aus Music.

Hot-tipped as bubblin’ up by XLR8R back in mid 2013, his music sits somewhere between doleful, cubby remixes of the likes of Maya Jane Coles, and Sei A, through to garage-tinged originals he’s crafted for Skream’s Disfgured Dubz and London’s non-specifc bass hub, 2nd Drop.

Notably there’s “1988” (the first thing he ever produced and which was never intended to see the light of day) and a remix of Dusky’s “Lost in You” which regularly gets spun in the dusty dungeons of Berlin’s Berghain.
